This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for services purchased through our website.
1. Service Nature
Due to the digital, technical, and consulting-based nature of cybersecurity services, all purchases are subject to this policy. Certain services may require dedicated research, analysis, manpower allocation, licensing, infrastructure usage, or immediate project initiation after payment confirmation.
2. Order Cancellation
Before Service Commencement
Clients may request cancellation before work has officially started or before project resources have been allocated.
If approved:
A partial or full refund may be issued at the sole discretion of A.H. SECURITY SERVICES.
Transaction processing fees, gateway charges, taxes, and administrative costs may be deducted.
After Service Commencement
Once any of the following has occurred, cancellation requests may not be eligible for refunds:
Project initiation
Security assessment commencement
Consultation delivery
Vulnerability analysis
Report preparation
Digital delivery of any service
Subscription activation
License procurement
Custom security implementation
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
Penetration testing services
Security audits
Consulting sessions
Emergency incident response
Digital security reports
Custom cybersecurity solutions
Subscription-based services already activated
Third-party software/license purchases
Completed or partially completed work
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment made by the client
Failure to deliver agreed services due to our inability
Technical issues preventing service delivery directly caused by us
Accidental transactions reported within 24 hours
All refund requests are reviewed individually.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible
International processing timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of services, or unauthorized disputes after service delivery may result in:
Immediate account/service termination
Legal action where applicable
Blacklisting from future services
7. Subscription & Recurring Services
For recurring or subscription-based cybersecurity services:
Clients may cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing cycle
No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless otherwise agreed in writing
8. International Clients
As we operate globally from India, international clients acknowledge that:
Currency exchange fluctuations are not refundable
International banking charges are non-refundable
Local taxes, duties, or payment gateway fees may apply depending on jurisdiction
9. Limitation of Liability
A.H. SECURITY SERVICES shall not be held liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of business or data
Cyber incidents occurring outside agreed service scope
Delays caused by third-party providers, hosting companies, registrars, ISPs, or force majeure events
